(1) By T/T ( Telegraphic Transfer ):

(2) All the remittances are required to be completed by March 31, 2007. In case of cancellation, the paid rental fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
(3) Please return the completed form together with the full participation fee to Market Promotion Department of Taiwan Textile Federation, 5th Floor, No.22, Ai Guo East Road, Taipei 100, Taiwan on or before March 31, 2007. The organizer will send an invoice to the exhibitor.

■Part VII: Terms of Application and Exhibition Regulations of Taiwan Textile Federation |
1.Participation |
Participation:
- Upon signing the application form, participants agree to observe all stipulated regulations and further regulations.
- The contract will come into effect as soon as it has been signed, submitted and confirmed.
Adherence to Copyright/Patent Law:
- It is strictly forbidden to display logo, licenses or patents registered with other companies.
- Violation will result in immediate removal of the exhibits and two years suspension from all exhibitions in Taiwan. Exhibitors are responsible for all penalties without recourse or indemnity.
Change of Venue and Show Dates:
The organizer reserves the right to change the venue and duration of the exhibition. In the event of a change of venue, dates, or cancellation of the exhibition, exhibitors shall not be entitled to any claim for compensation.
Insurance:
Besides insuring exhibits in-transit from the port of shipment to the exhibition site, exhibitors are also urged to be adequately insured for fire, theft, accident and third party liability for the duration of the exhibition and during the time their displays are in storage in the organizer's warehouse.
Operation of Exhibition:
- During show hours exhibitors shall keep their booths open and staffed at all times.
- Exhibitors are requested to keep booth noise at a reasonable level and not to exceed 70 decibels.

2.Booth |
(1).Booth allocation:
- The organizer will assign booth number and location in accordance with the nature of exhibits, or in the manner the organizer deems appropriate.
- The organizer reserves the right, should an assigned booth remain unoccupied on the opening day without reasonable cause, to assign said booth to other exhibitors, or to use said booth in any manner deemed suitable.
(2).Subletting of Booth(s):
Exhibitors are forbidden to assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of their booths, or have representatives, equipment or materials from firms other than their own in their booth without the written consent of the organizer.
(3). Breach of Contract and Withdrawal
- If an exhibitor refuses to use the whole or part of the booth reserved and allocated to him, or defaults in making payment on the stipulated date, the organizer has the right to terminate the contract forthwith and the paid rental shall not be refunded.
- In case of exhibitor's withdrawal from participation, the prepaid payment shall not be refunded.
(4). Supplementary Clauses
- Whenever necessary, the organizer may add supplementary rules in addition to the above regulations.
- Additional written regulations shall constitute a part of the above-stated terms or the exhibitor's Manual and shall be observed by exhibitors.
